Hello everyone!
Now that the calendar is about to flip over to September, I thought it might be fun to share some Fall decor pics that I like. Since my home is decorated with a lot of grey and white, I can really use any color I want with my seasonal displays, but I prefer to use neutrals.
I love this hutch filled with white pumpkins and white dishes. The little bit of blue in the jars is a nice addition too.
This wreath is darling! I love white and burlap mixed together. The little message on the card makes it extra charming.
More ways to use white pumpkins! Love the pumpkins scattered on top of the chippy looking old chair.
Love putting some branches from the yard in a glass jar. Clip them while they're in their Autumn splendor!
Love this mix of pumpkins and squashes in an urn.
Looks like this was made from part of a pallet. It's just painted to look like an old sign and some dried corn stalks were placed behind it. Cute!
This is a pretty vignette of a dough bowl filled with pumpkins flanked by sheaths of wheat.
And finally, how would you like to picnic outside like this?
I'm looking forward to the changing of the seasons. How about you?
Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteI love, LOVE fall for everything it brings. I am however hanging on to the last vestiges of summer:) We had some Fall weather but now the hot and humid muggies are back! I love ALL these pics, I will Pin this! XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteGreat inspiration pics!!!! I'm looking forward to fall although the cooler temps are still a ways off. I have never been able to find white pumpkins around here but I will look again this year in hopes that someone will finally have some :o)

Thanks Kelly. I have been mulling over in my mind all day long what I wanted to do for Fall. I know I want to eliminate some of the bright oranges and russets I usually do. Now I have something to think about.

Love it all - I am a neutral gal, too...but it is still very hot here so not making the transition just yet!
ReplyDeleteIn fact I just shared my summertime decor in my first living room tour.
Very neutral, hope you like.
These are great, Kelly! I want to work with neutrals this year, since I went more neutral in the family room. That first pic got my attention right away!
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly,

ReplyDeleteYes, I am looking forward to the change. Love the smell of the leaves.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics, Kelly! I love white pumpkins and have been slowly adding them to my fall decor. I love that dough bowl pic!

What a beautiful fall post! I'm loving the fall outdoor picnic:) And the vignette with the dough bowl filled with white pumpkins is looking so very pretty and ready for fall! Thanks for the inspiration! Hugs, Poppy
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas! I have a stack of platters in a hutch in my kitchen similar to the stack of bowls in the first picture. There is a big jar of dried pomegranites on the same shelf. Wonder if a pile 'o white pumpkins would be complementary? Maybe one bigger one. I can, without reservation, assure you that those pistachios would not last as decor. *grins*
ReplyDeleteI liked the neutral take on Fall!
ReplyDeleteLove all the inspirational photos!! I'm wanting to get some neutral Fall décor this year.

Kelly- Beautiful images. I love that last one-wouldn't you love to BE there? Love the urn, too. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI love the urn filled with Fall produce. I cannot wait to "do Fall" too! I love the change and the neutrality of the decor is gorgeous. xo
ReplyDeleteLove that we have changing seasons. Fall is one of my favourites. But not quite ready to great it.
ReplyDeleteI love neutral decor too but find myself adding pops of jewel tones in Fall. I just can't help myself! By this time of year I'm usually exhausted by the hot weather and so ready for the season change. This summer though has been relatively cool so I'm not as "done" as in years past! Looking forward to seeing your autumn decor...Ann
ReplyDeleteI'm all for neutral..Great look..Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteLove all this inspiration!! I am also ready for fall my favorite time of year. I am a huge fan of white pumpkins but around NJ we have been having trouble finding them. For the most part when it comes to white pumpkins I tend to use faux ones. Maybe this year we will get lucky.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful home and inspiration !!
ReplyDeleteEvery single picture looks like 'you!'
ReplyDeleteAs for me - I love the fall palette and am hauling my load down from the attic today! Even though it IS going to be 101 degrees this afternoon!! I do not want to take a chance of not having my 'stuff' down and ready for Sept. 1st!!! Just 2 days and a wake up away!
Beautiful fall inspiration Kelly! Hmmm I am getting closer to decorating for fall....but just not yet...but very soon :-)

Beautiful inspiration pics, Kelly. You might want to link to the bloggers posts though, since your "source" link only goes to a Pinterest query for the topic rather than to an actual source of the pics giving credit.
