Country Living Fair 2016 - Part 2

Hello everyone!

Ok, as promised, here is the 2nd half of pics I took from the Country Living Fair last weekend.  It was held at Stone Mountain in GA.

Grain sacks and burlap were still big trends at this show.

I loved this cute burlap stool.

For some reason, I couldn't transfer this pic from my phone to the computer. Then,  after my husband finally managed to, by changing its size, it's now very blurry.  Ugh!  But this is a booth full of beautiful hand made signs with inspirational quotes and bible verses.

Another pic with the same problem.  Sorry!  These galvanized trays looked very "farmhousey" to me.  I don't know what they were really for but thought they could be used in the center of a table for something.

This booth was a good one!  It was full of hotel silver.  I fell in love with these food domes!

Now onto one of my favorite booths!  I loved everything in it.

Aren't these bottles neat?  If you could find some old bottles and house numbers from the hardware store, you could make these yourself!

And finally...................this is what I bought!  I spied this old column turned into a lamp and just fell in love with it!  The price was more than I had planned on spending at the fair, so my husband let me get it as an early Christmas gift.  (Hee Hee).  I'll be sure to show pics of it in my home soon.  I have already shared it on Instagram though.

I liked this rustic old mantel display.  Notice they even added ship lap to their booth!

This country table setting was in the same booth.

I liked this interesting bench full of black and white farmhouse pillows.

Have you noticed the tee pee craze for kids lately?  My kids are grown now, but if they were little, I would definitely have one of these.  So cute!!

I ended up buying the lamp, some french style candlesticks and some cotton branches. I will be sure to share them all with you soon.

Well that wraps up another year of the Country Living Fair at Stone Mountain, GA.  I hope it will return next year.  It's always so much fun to walk around and check out all the booths. Next year, my sister and I agreed that we need one of those wagons or metal rolling carts that a lot of people use to carry their purchases in.  That could be dangerous though (if you know what I mean)!

Thanks for stopping by.
