Today, I wanted to continue where I left off yesterday. These are pics from my shopping trip to an antique store called Queen of Hearts in Alpharetta, GA.
Here are some pretty magnetic glitter letters.
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, these pillows would be pretty to have sitting out.
I really loved the light colored shed antler and the roe deer antlers in this booth.
I was fortunate enough to meet the owner of a very beautiful booth too. Her name is Lisa Gabrielson and she was so nice. She lived in Italy for 17 years and is an interior designer. Her booth was one of my favorites.
Don't you just LOVE that beautiful large wreath? Here is a close-up of it.
I may have to try to make one like this. If I could just tie a bow that well! This wreath was $100! Ouch! I love the colors and the style though.
More pics of her booth follow.
The rest of the pics are from random booths that caught my eye.
I adored these cow pics! They were over $100 each. Ouch again!
Isn't this a fun store to go shopping? Believe it or not, all I bought was a little green pepper spray plant that I ended up placing on my coffee table with the hornets nest. It needed a little something and that plant fit the bill. My sister bought something really nice and I'm sure she'll be sharing that with you soon.
Hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween tomorrow night! I'll be sure to share pics of our evening in my next post.

ReplyDelete♫Happy Birthday♫
ReplyDeleteGreat store Kelly~you can easily make a bow like that. GEt a long piece of florist wire (or any other bendable wire) and a 3 yard length of ribbon that has wire in the edges. Basically you make a bunch of loops on top of each other with a small one at the top and feed the wire through them all and twist the heck out of it so it is tight. Then pull all your loops out to the sides and open them up The smallest loop stays in the middle on the center of the bow hiding the wire and the back of the wire is behind waiting to get tied to a wreath. There has gotta be a tutorial somewhere!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly! Oh, what a wonderful booth and I do love that wreath! It could be easily made! I see Amy has told you how to make a bow! Now you have to make one!
ReplyDeleteBe a s weetie,
Shelia ;)
Gosh Kelly this place looks amazing. What a great way to spend your birthday! I love all the pillows you showed...especially the one that said Give Thanks. It reminds me of the pillows from Dear Lillie. I bet you can make that wreath no problem...and for a lot less than $100! Thanks for sharing everything.
ReplyDeleteI am dying to go to that flea market....isn't Lisa talented? Everything in her booth is awesome.
ReplyDeleteThese photos are so inspirational...I especially love that wreath. Thanks for sharing. I'm your newest follower. Please visit when you have a chance. http://decoratingwcents.blogspot.com
