Christmas in the Foyer

In keeping with my neutral Christmas color scheme, I decided to keep it simple in the foyer.

I chose to simply drape some greenery along the stair banister and continue my theme of burlap ribbon and touches of green.

I have a two story foyer, so the garland continues up high.

I added green satin ribbon with the burlap ribbon to my greenery.

I moved my skirted table in here and it lends the perfect spot to display more natural elements.

I added a feathered friend in here too.

When you come in the front door you can see my tree in the sitting room.

My front door didn't get left out either.  A simple snow flocked wreath with a burlap ribbon dresses the door.

Here is the view coming into the foyer from the other direction.

Well, that's it for the foyer!  Next I will be sharing an easy "copy cat" project at Debbiedoos party.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

  5. Looks great Kelly. I love the table in there. A chair placed by it would look nice too and would hide the return vent and cord. Just sayin.

  7. Oh I am envious! Your house looks so grand and in an understated way~very pretty Kelly. I love the green and the burlap. The table does look great there~but my favorite pic was the shot showing the new mirror with the plates over that fab bench and seeing the tree in the living room. Just perfect!

  22. Kelly,

So beautiful and so simple. Love it all! I did the same on my stairs too just green galand and simple white ribbon bows at the banisters. I am really enjoying it especially when I think to Christmas' past when I went all ornante and had to de-decorate it. Things will be so much more easy to put away this year.

I love seeing all your rooms your decorations are so fitting for your decor!
