Hello everyone!
I have a few new things that I haven't shared with you yet. One of these was for my birthday and some of these are just some items I found over the last several weeks.
Wanna see?
One of the items I got for my birthday was this vintage style sign from Antique Farmhouse.
I fell in love with it when I first saw it. It's a reproduction of an old sign. I hung it in my kitchen (logical right?). It fits right in with the color and style of my kitchen.
I also received this industrial looking clip note holder from Decor Steals.
Right now it's holding a post card, but I plan on using it in the kitchen to hold recipes while baking during the holidays. I think it will come in handy!
At the local antique mall down the street from me I came across this unique lantern.
It looks like it was once wired to be an electric lantern. It has great patina too.
My mother and sister came over recently and took me out to lunch for my birthday. We went shopping at our favorite antique mall afterwards. I've mentioned that I'm collecting vintage grain sacks. I found another one that just had to come home with me!
I ended up using it like a runner on my coffee table. I really like it there. It has some beautiful initials on it, but needs a bit of cleaning before I can use that side. So, I flipped it over and used the back side for now.
I'm still waiting on a few more items to be delivered and I'll share those with you as they arrive.
Hope you all had a great weekend and are adjusting well to the new time change. I know I am!
Thanks for stopping by!
~ Kelly ~

Neat things Kelly! Love the grainsack and you have an antique store right down the street from you? Wonderful...although I think I'd be broke if I had one near me like that!;0
ReplyDeleteTold you grain sacks were addicting! I wash all my sacks as soon as I take them out of the shipping box. I use a pod of OxiClean and detergent. If there's a bad stain I pre-treat it with OxiClean spray. You can dry them all the way in the dryer too. Happy Belated Birthday!
