Hello everyone!
Here in Ga, the Country Living Fair set up in Stone Mountain Park. It was a beautiful day. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend for it! I thought I would share some pics of things that caught my eye. There was SO much to see, that I'm sure I didn't see everything. It really takes either a FULL day of walking around or a weekend to see it all. I would go back again this weekend, to see what I missed, if it wasn't so far away from me.
So......if you're ready to come shopping with me, let's go! Lots of pics ahead. (Some of these pics are not the best since they were taken with my cell phone.)
This vendor is always a favorite of mine. It's called French Laundry. They sell amazing down filled pillows. They sell them at rock bottom prices at the fair, but higher at their store in NC. They had bed linens, kitchen linens, stockings and more.
I thought this was a strange piece of art. It's a paint brush covered in white paint and dried. Huh??
These pretty live topiaries were for sale. I didn't get one though because I was afraid it would die.
I spent a lot of time in this booth. I was smitten with all of the grey and cream everywhere. But, it was a bit pricey.
Loved these custom made signs from Between You and Me. She has her own blog too.
There were some paint demonstrations going on in "Cash and Cari's" booth..
I told my sister to "strike a pose" with this pretty Christmas garland she was admiring.
I loved this booth too. It was so pretty!
I almost bought one of these white crafted pumpkins. They were so cute with their wooden stems and spanish moss.
Well, that wraps up another season of the Country Living Fair this year. I was so thrilled to get to go and hate knowing I have to wait another 365 days before it will be here again.
I will share the goodies that came home with me in another post. Hope you enjoyed tagging along with me.!
~ Kelly ~
That event never comes here, so doubt I'll ever go. So many pretties though!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great fair....I wish it would come here!!!! So many wonderful goodies, I can see why it would take a full day to get thru it all. Can't wait to see what you brought home :o)

ReplyDeleteGoing to the Country Living Fair is one of the things I am really looking forward to when I move to Georgia. It looks wonderful. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteSo many pretty things! I've had that dried white paintbrush a few times Kelly. I didn't know it was art??? Mine made me want to cry! Because I forgot to wash my purdy brush again!!! 15 bucks down the drain...
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you bought. I'm guessing a few of those beautiful pillows might have made it to your home :-)
Love seeing your fair pics. I think they must have different vendors. That's Cari 's booth but not her. It looks like her in the background. Love her. What else did you get.
ReplyDeleteLoved all the photos that you shared from the Country Living Fair. I haven't gone to the one here in Ohio for the last few years, but plan to go there next year.

Awww...Kelly- What a GREAT show! I would SO LOVE to be able to attend that---just the IDEAS you can get from the things you see is worth the price of admission!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you got...and Kim posted her things today, too.
GREAT pictures!!!!! xo Diana
This looks like such fun...I almost had my hubby convinced to go by road trip from Asheville! Maybe next year. Love those pillows! Lucky you!

Those pillows of the dogs are just darling! There was a country living fair about 2 hours from me this year, but I was unable to go.
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me a bit of Brimfield, but with a bit more polish.
(The word verification is still there)
A whole lot of good stuff! You have great taste and I'm sure that you brought back some treasures. ...can't wait to see!
ReplyDeleteI may be mistaken but I am pretty sure that is not Cari in the photo.
Oh, how fun! I wish there was a CL Fair closer to me! I can't wait to see what you bought, Kelly!
ReplyDeleteI go every year to our CL Fair-it's so fun, isn't it? Your pics are great...so much eye candy! :)
ReplyDeleteSusan
Thanks for sharing all of this great 'eye-candy', Kelly! I saw several pillows that I would love to get my hands on, not to mention those topiaries. Believe it or not, I've actually seen collections of dried paintbrushes, sitting in containers, on a couple of blogs. They were apart of the 'decor'...lol!
ReplyDeleteLove these pics! Thanks for sharing! I see how it could take a couple of days to see it all. Looks like a fun fair! Can't wait to see what you bought!!
ReplyDeleteI attended the Country Living Fair on Friday. It was my first and loved it. I arrived at 8:30 am and left at 1:30 pm. Fair was packed by then and so hard to make it in any space. I passed by the more expensive wonderful items and was happy with my smaller and fair priced goodies.
ReplyDeleteThursday evening, I met two ladies from California. They flew in just for the Fair and Atlanta.
I am planning a trip to the Fair in Ohio next September -- cannot wait!
Why are the best shows so far away from me! The white booth looks amazing. So wish I were there shopping as well.

Looks like so much fun! So many great things. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun "field trip". Glad you had a good time. Can't wait to see what you got
ReplyDeleteWow...look at all the pretty things. Love the topiaries, and Christmas things...cute sweater pumpkins, too. I like going to fairs, etc. but I rarely buy much, because I get visual overload and can't make up my mind, and end up getting nothing. :)
ReplyDeleteI loved everything you presented...and I think I would have bought one of those topiaries!...love them!..
ReplyDeleteThanks for the virtual shopping trip, Kelly! It may bee the only way I ever get there. I would LOVE to go; it looks like so much fun!
