Hello everyone!
How is your Monday going so far? It's very cold here today in GA. So much for the first week of Spring feeling good huh? I think we're not alone though. I've been hearing about snow falling in other parts of the country too.
However, last Friday was beautiful! My sister and I went antique shopping together at Lakewood 400. It's not far from my house. I took some pics to share with you some things that caught my eye.
This was the first booth we went to. My sister found something wonderful in here too. She'll be sharing it on her blog soon.
I love these Turkish towels we spotted. Lots of colors to choose from.
This eucalyptus wreath was beautiful. It looked so real!
One of my favorite booths was this one. The lady makes pillows out of old bank bags. So cute! I decided to try my own hand at making one. So, I've ordered one from Etsy. Bank bags are very inexpensive, but her pillows were not. She did a great job making them with such high quality though. I loved the idea.
There's never a shortage of white ironstone at this place either.
I spotted these demijohns in crates up high on a piece of furniture. I have no idea how much they were. They were beautiful though.
This black iron and glass lantern was so pretty because it had a light bulb in it! Very neat!
I'm not a huge jewelry lover, but these caught my eye. They were all so unique and I like that they were handmade.
I spied this wooden cross with grapevine wrapped around it. I love crosses. This one would be pretty placed upright on a stand.
And finally, this white slip covered chair was not to be missed. It was a nice small size and afford ably priced. I don't need another chair though.
I forgot to get pictures of some of the neat stuff they sold outside too. They always have a lot to see. There is truly something for everyone here.
Hope your week is off to a good start!
Thanks for stopping by.
