Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Hello everyone!

Are you looking for something easy and delicious to make for dinner tonight?  Well, look no further.  This is one of my favorite recipes and it's great for summer because it's cooked on the grill.

Basically, all you do is mix together the following:

olive oil
ranch dressing
worcestershire sauce
rosemary
salt
lemon juice
white vinegar
pepper
sugar

Then, cut uncooked chicken into large chunks and place it in the mixture above.  Let it marinade for about half an hour.

Then, thread your chicken chunks (covered in that mixture) onto skewers.
We also added some fresh green bell pepper slices to ours.

Then, place them on a hot grill.

After they're cooked, just pull them off the skewers and eat!

This is how we served ours.

They are tender and delicious and your kids will love them too!

For the complete recipe, click HERE.  You can also print it from there too.

Let me know if you give these a try and what you think.

Thanks for stopping by.

I love recipes that don't use an oven. August is our hottest month and I'll do just about anything to keep from turning on the oven during the day. :) This sounds really good!
