Let's go shopping!

Not long ago I ventured into this antique mall near my house.  I took my camera along so we could go shopping together.  Let's look around.

This Ralph Lauren display would've been much nicer with the actual designer items included.  Ha!

Just look at ALL the stuff they have before you even enter the store!

Once inside, I noticed this beautiful pine twin bed.

Around the corner, I spotted these Fall lovelies in a cute booth.

In the next booth, I liked this industrial cart.

It's the real thing.  Not a reproduction like I've seen in new furniture stores.

There were some creative things in some other booths too.  Such as these bottle cap necklaces, a man cave mobile and baseball flower pins.  Strange huh?

This was a cute shabby chic style booth.

I loved this old tobacco basket.

Why look what I see here.  Another hornet nest!  This is the same place that I found mine.

For the non hunters, this next picture may be offensive.  Sorry!  I live in the south, so there is usually plenty of taxidermy to be found.

I know that a lot of people like to use milk paint.  This store sells it!

Finally, if you are a true antique connoisseur, you'll really like these items.

old scale in a glass case

old record player

old fire extenguisher

Well, that brings us to the end of our shopping trip!  This store has quite a mix of items for sale.  I didn't find anything I couldn't live without today, so I'll have to try again another day.

Kelly, great eye candy! I spy some iron arbors that I like, out front. I want to add one to my garden next spring!

You mean you didn't buy the hornet's nest? I like the little squirrel. I have one like it, but I think mine is smaller. Hard to tell in the pic.

Looks like a great place, Kelly.

We have a mounted deer head in J's "lodge" downstairs. Plus a few other little huntin' things.:-)

Okay, Kelly, how much was that industrial cart? I love the one at Restoration Hardware, but am not willing to cough that up... yet. LOL! I've seen other reproductions, but none I like. If this one is the real deal, I may have to make a road trip. LOL! (just kidding... mostly) Enjoyed the shopping trip! blessings ~ Tanna
