Hello everyone!
Thank you so much for all of your sweet comments on my last post. We are still coming to terms with my father in law's death, but each day gets a little easier. Your support and prayers have truly been felt!
I made some more changes to my dining room, not too long ago. Since moving some furniture around in my family room, some pieces ended up in my dining room.
The mirror over my fireplace moved in here over the sideboard.
I also brought this lamp in here that was in my bedroom. I added a few pumpkins for Fall.
The painted grey arm chair moved in here as well.
I never realized what a great match it was with the hutch!
So, my dining room has a fresh look now.
I was hoping to find another grey and white checked pillow to match the one I have in here at the Country Living Fair, but the vendor didn't bring any. Darn - it! So, I just have one. Maybe next year, she'll bring some to sell.
Hope you all are having a great week so far. We are finally enjoying a brief warm-up with the weather after having a very cold weekend.
Thanks for stopping by.
~ Kelly ~

That looks great, Kelly. I really like the mirror in there and the chair is a perfect match. Wonder if you could find a matching pillow on line somewhere? xo Diana

Hi Kelly,
I love the new look to the dining room. So pretty. Hey I saw those pillows at Ikea. You might want to check them out. Hope your hubby is doing ok with losing his dad this past week. My thoughts and prayers are still with all of you. Hoping the great memories will help with the feelings of great loss.

Love the changes you have done. The mirror and hutch are awesome. John and I have plans to make the mirror after the holidays. I want full length for the bedroom. He builds, I panic and age

Such a pretty room. I love the look. So serene.
One of the many good things about having a neutral pallette is the ability to move things around effortlessly with fabulous results, which is exactly what you did!
Love the pillow, and I bet with a little bit of detective work you will be able to get another one.

P.S. I am commenting on my phone so I'm not getting captcha! Yeeaaaa!!
All of your changes look great, Kelly! I love the hutch! The chair really does look nice with it.
It looks great! Reading again, don't want to miss anything. Hope you and your hubby are adjusting to the loss. Grief is personal so take the time you need. It took me three years to even begin to deal with my parents death. I lost them within 6 months of each other after they had been sick for 5 years off and on, but it still wasn't easy. Prayers.
Kelly,
They have grey checked pillow covers at IKEA and they're really nice and affordable. You should check them out next time you go.
