Christmas Touches in the Dining Room

Hello everyone!

This year, I'm using all neutrals in my Christmas decor inside.  White, silver, and beige are being mixed with greenery throughout to create a Swedish farmhouse look.  I am still tweaking some of my rooms, but my dining room is all set.

For the center of my table, I chose an old crate and added a small tree wrapped in burlap.

I used an old blue and white grain sack as a table runner down the center.

On the sideboard, another tree wrapped in burlap was added  and some white candles and a glittered NOEL sign complete the look.

Christmas greenery was draped across my wall hutch too.

All in all, I'm keeping everything very understated this year.  Not much color and not much fuss.

Needing it to cool off some, here in GA, so it will feel more like Christmas!  It was pleasant while hanging my outdoor decorations though.  So, I guess I shouldn't complain.

Thanks for stopping by.

Absolutely stunning, Kelly! I especially like the tree in the old crate. The neutral palettes I've been this season are really tempting me....I love the simplicity of it. I am such a color girl, especially at Christmas, but I am thinking maybe next year......Enjoy the rest of the week! Jane

I love your Swedish farmhouse look! So pretty with all the neutrals and greenery! I've always loved burlap wrapped trees and yours look lovely! We've had warm temps here too, but it keeps changing. Yesterday we had the A/C on and now today it's the heat! Crazy weather. :)

Love the natural elements of Christmas. I want a straggly pine to make a Charlie Brown Christmas on my front porch. I think I've got to go to the woods to get it.

I'm really liking your understated decorations, Kelly. It will be so much easier to change back after the holidays, too! The greenery adds such nice texture. I wish it were warmer here, so I could tweak our outdoor decorations, but it's been bitterly cold and I have no desire to freeze my fingers!

Hi Kelly, thank you for visiting me it's always a joy to see you visit.
Your table scape looks so euro-chic, I love your dinning room with the shelf unite and the lonely chair sitting all alone.

Your home is so calming.

Keep inspiring us all.

so pretty Kelly! One day I'll do understated... but with 4 enthusiastic helpers around here... color is a must. At least I have the white that I love! I hope you're having a good week friend!
