What I Purchased at the Fair

Hello everyone!

I promised to share what I purchased at the Country Living Fair this past weekend.  As usual, I found things that would easily meld with my grey and white color scheme.

First up, were these pillows from French Laundry.

I bought a pair of these.  I actually used them in separate places though.  One is on the bench in my foyer.

And the other one is in a chair in the family room. They are so soft and have down inserts.  The covers can zip off for cleaning.

Then I found these pretty guinea feathers in a small inkwell jar.  These were from Silhouettes and More.

While rummaging through some booths that were selling antiques, I found this old bread board.  I love how thick it is.

And finally, I bought this rustic Christmas garland.  I like the tiny pine cones on it. It's from a company called Nest.

I'm excited to begin decorating for Christmas now that I have this garland.  I also have a few other new things that I'll be using this year.

I wish the Country Living Fair would set up twice a year!  Once in the Spring, and then again in the Fall.  That would be great!  Wonder if anyone is reading this that has any control over that.  LOL!

Thanks for stopping by.

I really love everything you found! It's great that the pillow covers are washable. Even with baskets for pillows, they usually end up on the floor...ugh! Love the garland, too. I've been picking up things here and there for Christmas and it makes me anxious to start decorating, too. I am going to modify my fall stuff after Halloween to give myself something different to look at before the holidays! :)

Love, everything you found.

I really want to go to the Country Living Fair next year.

Actually, I attended Chapel Market at Pike Road near Montgomery this weekend. It was great with Miss Mustard Seed, Urban Cowgirl, Coastal Charm, Perfectly Imperfect and others.

Kelly,
You got some great finds. Love the pillows and that bread board is so cool. I also love the feathers you have in the vintage ink well. All of your finds are great. Country Living use to come to Chicago but stopped awhile back. I wish they would come back here again. Have a great week.

The feathers look perfect next to my favorite find of yours, the scale! And of course the pillows are gorgeous! I can imagine how comfy they must be.

The thickness of the bread board would have called to me too. It's yet another fabulous find!

Oh my! The vignettes are great! The scale is my favorite. Love that bench and those pillows are just what it needed. I love all you do to make your house a home.

Great finds from the Country Living Fair. What an awesome bread board! When it first started here in Ohio...it was twice a year in April and September, but they did away with the Spring show.
